@FLMelodies Yeah - I was born in the Netherlands and my first language is Dutch. Who makes you read/learn articles for the exam? Articles are a great resource, but maybe not so useful when preparing for the Foundation exam, where you really just need to know the principles and ITIL language. Ah well, it's a weird world we're all living in.

@IsleBeeBach Ah yea, I knew it! I have a tentam for school, not the official foundation exam (i'll have to do that one if i fail my tentam haha). she make us read artikels; alot much theory. But at least I understand the hang of this better
