Hey, when I downloaded the open beat client(zip folder) and I tried to extract the files it would start extracting the files and get stuck a quarter through, and my computer freezes, support just told me I needed to extract the files and open the setup from where i extracted to, and should work, but it wont even extract ;[

I can't get the open beta to work, when i start the game this updater shows up, but it doesn't start and then a window pops up and says: "Error 06: Failed Internet connect" but i don't know why.
I don't have any problems with my internet connection and i have checked my firewall so that it won't block it.
