I do the Metamorphosis by Tracy, but I follow this Thanksgiving cardio (Part 1/3 + Part 1/2 = 30 minutes). I can't following Metamorphosis 30 minutes cardio, because Tracy is only jumping, jumping... and jumping. But this Thanksgiving cardio is easier for me!
