Interesting, your video actually introduced me to Sai where I've actually been able to draw some fairly good looking manga characters as well.

One thing I don't understand what exactly are you doing for your Photoshop segments? I don't quite get how you got the cg look. What was your layer layout and, correct me if I'm wrong, did you just make multiple layer copies and changed the opacity of them to get the effect?

On paint tool sai, I see that you do some kind of "quick selection" on the frames. How is this done aside for the magic wand tool? And are these illustrations done in paper and then scanned?

I'm ambidextrous and can draw with both hands but one thing I found out while drawing with my left.... all my lines are straight unlike the right one where the first hand I use to write with. That's why most lefty they said are talented because straight lines and perfect line art... I love my left hand!

no, tabletopia is very old version with none of LCD or touch screen tech.

btw, LCD tablet it's too expensive...

@rickreadus expensive, but well worth the investment if your serious about your art. do yourself a favor and save up for the big one. i got the little one, its nice, but it loses precision toward the edges. not a major issue because you usually draw in the middle where its perfect, but an annoyance none the less.
