Honky Tonk was the real asshole, he made a quip about Harley Race being "gutless" after Race had some of his intestines removed & Dynamite overheard this. Dynamite was a great friend of Race's & took offence to this, and backhanded Honky-Tonk Man off the his chair. And Mr Perfect framed Dynamite for a prank that Perfect pulled on The Rougeaus. The Rougeaus were super-pissed, & blindsided Dynamite in the lockeroom. Dynamite couldn't do anything in retaliation or McMahon would've fired Dynamite.

I never read Dynamite's book (though I would like to) but I have read Bret's book. I also read Chris Jericho's book which mentions Dynamite. When Jericho was a kid, he was about to go up to Dynamite and ask for an autograph, which Kid pretty much told him to f-off and go the other way. Dynamite was a total dick, no matter how good he was in the ring.
