I think you did a good job keeping the camera steady. You have no reason to apologize either. It's ludicrous to expect a consumer level fan cam to be able capture video at the level of a pro camera. Prices for a decent pro grade camera setup start at about 10 grand and can go up from there, depending on lenses selected.
