one of the stupidest videos on youtube. there is nothing about how to brew the tea rather is just explaning diff between diff green tea's.... lady shutup
@handcannonftw depends on what you mean by potent. Do you mean the flavor? The caffeine content? The health benefits? Since they are green tea usually it means they are processed only to a certain point, so it is more the quality that would determine which is more potent I would assume I personally like Monkey Picked Oolong but that is only semi green. The one she brewed isn't bad
if you brew Lung Ching just right, at least to my taste it's nutty, with a sweet after taste that lingers in your pallet for a long time making you crave more... but it's hard to find the right water to use, tap water actually brings out a better flavor than filtered water i find. Which is a bit frustrating.
@Gimpsmack it's best to experiment since nobody shares the same taste buds. you'll know when you get the right water, temp, amount and timings for any one variety of tea.
Does pot count as green tea?

Three minutes is an ABSURD amount of time to steep a quality green tea. You shouldn't steep ANY longer than a minute, and 30-45 seconds is ideal.
