Steeeeeeeve use your quick travel and pick up stuff like that ring. It sells for like 150 and doesnt weight for shit. Then you have boots that weight 1 and sell for 0/1. Whyyyy you do this to me? I keep pulling my hair.

When you are leveling up the stars that are like bright orange example: overdraw for archery , are the ones you can upgrade so are the blue ones but the purplish ones can not yet be upgraded

In order to level up and unlock new perks, you have to be a certain level in that particular skill. For example, Bulleye under archery, requires you to have your archery level at 100. So you need to level up that particular skill in order to buy perks. Does that make sense?
