Ha I saw this in 2008, I hate how it took me a couple months to finally get my warrior to lvl 70 and now someone who plays Maple today can get achieve what I did in 1 week and call others noobs like they own this game.
@Skytheater I know right? It took me a month to get to 70 back then, where it took most people 6 months. Now 70 can be achieved easily in under a week if one isn't busy with studies or anything else... hell, it can be done with little effort on a Mechanic over a mere weekend.
@WolfJounin I just went back to Maple to check it out after almost 3 years and made a new Mech. I got him to level 70 in less than a week and I only play about 2-4 hours a day. The training speed now is amazing!

Leveling up, getting better gear, etc etc. In this day and age, getting to level 70 takes the same amount of time as 120 back in the day, and the average 106 Devil's Sunrise is now an average of 112 I think? Regardless, point is, we probably worked harder than everyone... and not that I'm coming back, but one of my friends tells me WK will be able to use all 4 charges simultaneously in a new patch.

This was way back then, no x2 exp cards, no junioring, none of the new godly training places/items. You can probably get to 120 in a week with proper funding/supporting (though not obsessed) friends.
Yeah, it's bad damage compared to WK today. It's been over 2 years since I made this video, and scrolling godly gear is easier, more gear available, etc etc.
Fire Charge is better for training and bossing. Ice charge is only good for saving money, but even with Fire Charge, you can save money and level fast if you train carefully or use Charged Blow.

I know. I meant charged blow helps you save money with Fire Charge, while Fire Charge allows you to level faster than Ice Charge. Charged Blow sucks. A lot of White Knights brag that it is good. I never used it after trying it out for a single level when it hit level 30. I assume with Macroing it's a bit better, but it probably still sucks. It's only useful when you max/nearly max Advanced Charged Blow in the 4th job, as you said.
If you use Charge Blow in the right way (i.e. using it for KB in mobs of 4+) then it can be beneficial to training, increasing mobbing speed by a little especially if you have final attack.
My friend gave me a 107 WK, Wolf. I was wondering if you could educate me on where to train. :O I tried Kents, and they're kinda slow. Himes are awesome, but HUGE pot burners, and I have no Priest. DGPs aren't very good.
I don't know what would be best, since there are a lot of new maps in MS. I trained at grims with a 100+ priest from level 95-125. Kents seem to be highly rated, so I don't know... try splitting it with another strong player if possible? Dual parties already slowed down by 100. Himes seem good when you've got ACB and Holy charge down (at least holy).
Thanks. I think you should go with Crusader/Hero, because Nexon seems to hate elemental classes (including mages). Most bosses, including future ones, are either neutral or strong to all elements, with some exceptions such as Pianus. In short, White Knights/Paladins have mastery only over enemies weak to their elements, while Crusaders/Heroes are very good at everything (not mastery, but very good). This is my opinion.
There's no denying we need elemental bosses that are actually important, but a lot has changed since you left aram :P
Posts like this are pretty much used to exaggerate how weak people are, and fuel consistent crying over something that can be easily changed by playing another class. Paladins are amost as annoying as the mages these days. One of the best training classes there is, and yet there's still somehow room to complain. The archmages are understandable, their last advantage
Comes with Red or Blue wyverns respectively, and even there they can be KSed by bishops.
But paladins? It's at least justifiable to take a paladin into ht, zak, or CWK next to the archmages, which is at least some saving grace. Now that gms has the higher damage cap, those of us at higher levels should really start to reap the rewards too. Once the damage whores catch up and start spamming their 100k hits, things will improve, community wise.
Idk if you still read the comments...but this video caused me to reconsider my hermit (115) and start a page. Best choice i have ever made. I threw every last effort and meso into the char, and am loving ever bit of it. Thanks for opening my eyes to WK.

Thanks for the ratings! With my gear in this video, I had 104 I believe. I had 121 before I quit. If you are still playing, it should be way easier to achieve a higher amount of dex with my base haha!

Depends on the scenario. Warriors always have a better survival ratio. Warriors can usually out damage a bowman up close, but the bowman can hit the enemy far before the warrior can. In the 4th job, Bowman beat warriors in 1 on 1, but warriors beat them at mobs.
It was a year ago so I might not remember, but it was a 108/6 Devils Sunrise, 24/12 Chainmail, Zhelm with average stats, 11 dex/2 str/1 acc shoes, 10 w.atk 4 str 2 acc gloves, 10 dex ic2, and 8 dex earrings (earring dex JUST came out, and this was at level 11X, this video is 10X).
I don't know how many times I posted this in the comments but... you guys not only have better gear released in this day and age, but everything is cheaper. A 108/7 Devil's Sunrise is around 50 mill for you guys now right? When I bought mine it was 200, more over there was no 100/110 swords, and Wolf Spiders weren't out for screamers to be common.

i dont see many people frown upon WKs. we are a very versatile class and we do very nice damage. i admit we have to go to elemental weak monsters to reach our max potential, but we are a very good class. much more stable damage than the sader, and with the release of 4th job in GMS, paladins can do even more damage with blast and advanced charge blow.
Wow. Your supposed 'facts' are so inaccurate, I feel as though I should slap you. Most WKs do not train in Nath, and DO stay at FoG/NLC until 80 when they can Dual. Unstable KB? WK are known for having THE highest KB out of all of the warrior classes. We DO NOT have the greatest variety in training spots, in fact, we probably have the least out of all the warrior class. And we are definitely not THE weakest class. And just for the record, Hermits out damage pretty much everyone. Learn2WKplz.
uhh hermits dont outdamage ny1 we just move faster and att faster. Our damage is good but like the ranger we have a little instability just not as much. Depending on what a class maxes 1st determines where they go at certain lvls. Also the charges rnt limited to 1 kind of monster and can be used against ny as long as they rnt strong against it. Saders have the highest kb because of having the highest damage. At higher lvls most classes stable out and all do pretty consistent damage. U fail noob

I made this video months ago, when the economy SUCKED. 2 w.atk pink adv cape was worth 200 mill when I made this video, now it's worth what 20 mill? When I made this char going dexless was impossible without 500 mill+, now it's under 200. I can say that the average dex White Knights that were level 80 before I made Raid were weaklings, but that would show that I am ignorant (Kinda like what you're doing). Do some research before talking big, because you'll only show your ignorance.
This is weird, im 75 right now and i can't top 5k of damage to the dual pirates (blue ones) and yet i mostly hit around 2-3k, i don't think it's the best spot i should take O.o
Ghost Pirates are only recommended at 75 if you can hit them 100% of the time without being high dex, as it will slow down your damage. You can always relax at YnP for a level or two before trying again.

Yep, I went 30 Fire > 16 Ice > 30 Thunder > 14 Ice > 30 CB. I don't regret it because I was funded and although CB saves money it slightly slows down training.

Yeah, I went to DGPs and only got like 8%/hour. At Himes with a Priest using Ice Charge I get about 16-18%/hour.
I tried Kents, but they aren't as good. Going to test out Wyverns now. :O

Everyone frowns upon WKs,they are the weakest class in all of maple damage-wise,even hermits do more.But,they got the biggest variety of places to train,instead of rotting in fog till 80 you can change to nath at 73:) Only problem is the unstable KB,once you work it out it's all fine.

i dont see many people frown upon WKs. we are a very versatile class and we do very nice damage. i admit we have to go to elemental weak monsters to reach our max potential, but we are a very good class. much more stable damage than the sader, and with the release of 4th job in GMS, paladins can do even more damage with blast and advanced charge blow.

Wow. Your supposed 'facts' are so inaccurate, I feel as though I should slap you. Most WKs do not train in Nath, and DO stay at FoG/NLC until 80 when they can Dual. Unstable KB? WK are known for having THE highest KB out of all of the warrior classes. We DO NOT have the greatest variety in training spots, in fact, we probably have the least out of all the warrior class. And we are definitely not THE weakest class. And just for the record, Hermits out damage pretty much everyone. Learn2WKplz.

uhh hermits dont outdamage ny1 we just move faster and att faster. Our damage is good but like the ranger we have a little instability just not as much. Depending on what a class maxes 1st determines where they go at certain lvls. Also the charges rnt limited to 1 kind of monster and can be used against ny as long as they rnt strong against it. Saders have the highest kb because of having the highest damage. At higher lvls most classes stable out and all do pretty consistent damage. U fail noob

60 or 80 is good enough. You can always go DEX-less, although I don't recommend it.

I made this video months ago, when the economy SUCKED. 2 w.atk pink adv cape was worth 200 mill when I made this video, now it's worth what 20 mill? When I made this char going dexless was impossible without 500 mill+, now it's under 200. I can say that the average dex White Knights that were level 80 before I made Raid were weaklings, but that would show that I am ignorant (Kinda like what you're doing). Do some research before talking big, because you'll only show your ignorance.

This is weird, im 75 right now and i can't top 5k of damage to the dual pirates (blue ones) and yet i mostly hit around 2-3k, i don't think it's the best spot i should take O.o

Ghost Pirates are only recommended at 75 if you can hit them 100% of the time without being high dex, as it will slow down your damage. You can always relax at YnP for a level or two before trying again.

most people fear what they dont understand lol, they pretty much hate us cause in earlier times as a page we were the "weaker" ones and people cant stand the fact that with the elemental boost hitting almost 603% higher than regular combos, we have gotten to be respectable by others. some people dont like that though

Yep, I went 30 Fire > 16 Ice > 30 Thunder > 14 Ice > 30 CB. I don't regret it because I was funded and although CB saves money it slightly slows down training.
