because it shows that there"main racing sport" ( like we have nascar )and is a fail as far as how exciting the racing is which = less viewers, and since a huge part of f1 is money and less viewers = less money. they would care. Sports help drive the economy.
I remember Bernie Ecclestone a few years ago saying he didn't want to make any changes to the rules that would result in more passing on the track because he didn't feel he needed to compete with NASCAR. In Europe it's more about technologically advanced cars running on road courses than it is about passing, so overall I think they're fine with not being televised on ABC. I mean, come on, they haven't had much for American drivers lately and they didn't have an American team for some years.
ya well i see all drivers coming to nascar and none going to f1 (excluding rookies that have been open wheel their whole life like the mazda cup im talking about more experienced drivers in major leagues)

That Kurt vs Vickers race was cool to watch. Both inches from the wall racing each other. Wouldn't see that in F1

of course you wouldn't see it because f1 is so boring it cant even get on tv besides the speed channel. take that europe!

Why the hell would people in europe care if F1 was only on speed in America?

I still think you're not realizing that America doesn't make or break them.
