  • HAhahahahaha

    LOL!!!

    xD

  • F A T

  • its crap

  • what are specs?

  • With the amount of money you will spend to build that kind of system, you could have purchased big screen TV and a $450 computer standard system for internet and home office use.

  • Yeah thing is tho theres are probably pro gamers so this is what they do :-)

  • dam musta been expensive

  • You should of saved that money and used it for a bike.

  • dude that would have costed a lot more than a bike a good bike is probably like 200-300 dollars a computer like that damn the case would cost 200 all in all the whole computer not to talk about the screens which wont be an added 100 dollar the computer would cost over a thousand. I build a computer over the summer and inless the prosseser and motherbourd are crap andit is water cooled you can see it because of the huge tubes which would make it cost a lot more than if you had fan lastly you suck

  • And i used too think there wasnt as such a thing as Too Much

  • HOLY SHIT

  • does it make you breakfast and walk the dog??

  • THATS A COMPUTER?! FCK

  • Where do you buy those absolutely foolish LCD screens that come out of the tower like it does a car dashboard. I MUST have one. Since i already have Dual Displays, does that mean i would have to give one up to run that? What if i have SLI? Could i run all 3 at once? Please replyyyyyy- That mod is dopee as fuck.

  • That's exactly what those monitors are, they're originally intended for a custom car dashboard. You can get them from custom car ICE suppliers.

What function they serve here, I have not the foggiest idea. 'dopee as fuck' is a good way of putting it. :)

  • lolol- so how do you get power to it and how does it fit into the tower? I wouldnt think they make Antec 900 Harnessing Kits lol so how would you get this to install correctly?

  • Well powering the monitors is easy, they're intended for automotive use so they run on 12 volts.

The case is hardly standard off the shelf Antec, or anyone else's stock case for that matter. It looks to me very much like a one off custom job. So provision for mounting the monitors would have been provided during the design and manufacture of the case.

  • The monitors are a pair of Thermaltake A2413s, intended to fit into 7 inch drive bays. They just connect to the PCs power pack. Standard VGA input.

  • really- So if i have SLI could i keep my dual displays and have that motorized lcd flip out from my tower? Or would i have to give up one of my LCD Panels for that thermaltake in which case it isnt worth it.

  • Most mainboards have integrated graphics which will work along with the SLI, this could be used to drive the motorised Thermaltake screen. Certainly would not want to sacrifice a large LCD panel for it. One motorised screen would be enough. Two motorised screens on a rig IMO seems rather frivolous.

As the motorised Thermaltake screen is touch enabled, but only has a resolution of 800x480, it would be OK for a media control panel. Or maybe have a few side-bar widgets on it.

  • Do you know if that Screen is programmable? I would write my own code through C++ to have it run without the OS so i can just rage the screen while the computer is off. Also with the onboard video, you cant enable both the Onboard GPU and the Dedicated GPU at the same time so you would have to pick either one or the other. I tried plugging in 3 lcd's into my rig thinking if i use the onboard DVI input then i could use 3 LCD's at once. Instead it defaulted to it with my Dedicated GPU's shut off.

  • I don't think the screen is programmable. AFAIK it's just a touch screen monitor with an analogue VGA input. Presumably it has drivers so the OS can make use it's touch screen capabilities.

The thing is we don't know much about this PC other than what we can see. The left monitor is showing nothing at all, and the right is showing what looks like Windows XP.

I'm pretty sure that the whole thing was put together just for show, rather than been anyone's practical serious gaming rig.

  • Ugh i realllly want one of these screens. I couldnt really find anything on Google either. Anybody know of any retailers selling them still? Also does anybody know how programmable these lcd screens are?

  • Thermaltake may well have discontinued it. Bit of a niche market is 7 inch motorised touch screens. Keep looking on Ebay or something.

  • hmm...i kno they dont sell it at the local Best Buy lol.....damn...

  • my school pc's have 3.0 ghz stock and my friends pc is at 3.7 ghz stock no overclocking

  • what cpu does he got?

  • They don't make a 3.7 ghz stock processor....

  • Yes Intel does make a 3.7GHz 'stock processor'.

    'Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor Extreme Edition Supporting Hyper-Threading Technology'

You'll find it at intel . com

  • Well. Excuse me. Gosh. I don't pay attention to P4's because of the fact they're going to be out dated by the next month or two!

  • thanks man im a buy it but my friend said it cost him 1000 with a big screen and large speakers/

  • This thing is just hideous. Who'd have that enormous contraption in their house? I guess a Borg might like it.

  • Hideous? I bet you're one of those guys that buys computers from Wal-Mart and only uses his computer for internet. You, my friend, are looking a very top of the line gaming enthusiast computer. Think before you use that tongue of yours.

  • So you think that filling an oversized box with blue lights, a few perspex panels, and two dinky little fold out monitors makes for a good gaming rig? I want a good gaming computer, not a frigging jukebox.

Wal-Mart ?! LOL .. sure I'm going to get on an aeroplane, fly across the Atlantic just to buy a PC.

  • It's not oversized. I'm sure a case that big has a purpose.... To hold better than average hardware and also have a better flow of air.

  • It's double width, only reason why I can see a need for that would be for a large bank of bank of hard drives. I use a Drobo myself for that purpose.

It's plenty overkill on the fans. Would there be any need for such a large air flow though the machine? You can see for yourself it's got a very elaborate liquid cooling system. Unless all those pipes are just for show as well.

I think this PC was put together for one purpose, to grab attention and look good at the Multiplay i33 gaming event.

  • Exactly my point being. There is also another variable of it being overclocked very high. So the fans might be needed.

  • Even with extreme overclocking a proper propylene glycol/distilled water liquid cooling system is going to be much more efficient than any number of case fans. Such a liquid cooling system is going to be attached to the CPU(s), GPU(s), mainboard chipset. Fan cooling the hard drive bays is always useful though.

I'm still convinced most of what you see with this PC here is just for show, rather than contributing to it's performance as a gaming rig. Especially those Thermaltake monitors.

  • Well, you convinced me. Good going haha!

  • You know that bitch has been overclocked.

  • ya heavily. But what is the point?

  • wow..hehe nice..

  • how much RAM?

  • OVER 9000!

  • gigs?!?!

  • fans?

  • girls?

  • that is fucking amazing- how did you get dual screens and a computer lcd? THose flip out screens have to plug into a video card header- and if you have 2 then there all taken up by pop out screens, unless you have SLI or dual cards that can support up to 4 monitors?!

  • jesus

  • Holy shit, that thing must me nearly IMPOSSIBLE to transport.

  • case is from mountain mods for those who dont know.

  • how much did this cost

  • I was expecting legs to pop out and it making a run for it

  • OMG whata hell is that thing XD?

  • woaw wtf is that? xD it got screens on it cool

  • its either chuck norris just got owned or a supercomputer with some HUGE balls

  • :P i have been considering building a custom case my self... i would go extreme on fans tho.. :P a 650W powersupply only for the fans!:D and ofc i would use watercooling to! :P any 1 think i should do it :P?

  • that would be more then 100 fans -.- + u dont have enough 4 pin molexes..

  • So mobo's probably do.

  • Who in the FUCK is gonna use that thing let alone try and fit it into their FUCKING doorway.

  • I have a a normal PC with a 54 Inch flat screen TV xD! we should trade :D

  • holy mother of god

  • is this meant to be the PC equivalent of rice?

  • itsa case that can have 2 computers or 2 motherboards in it.

  • to much watercooling mess =/ i bet it was hard to get it there..

  • Trust me, thats gona be one piece of dusty computer.....

  • NOW Thats what i'm looking for, lose the neons and the ott lcd's, add a stainless steel finish presto. Are these cases production or home brew?
