i suggest you to try tungsten plates, because tungsten is a low corrosive metal and highly conductive conductor. even the the bolts you will use. then a high heat capacitance insulator.

He claimed 24 to 32 LPH, not LPM.
In the more conventional LPM terms his claims are 0.400 to 0.533 LPM.
Just a tiny bit of slight of hand going on here.
I almost got fooled by that too.
