3) It was cleared with the publishers and most of the publishing royalties will have gone to the original writers

Those people were playing records. They were PLAYING RECORDS. They were not taking mp3s and changing the name so that people thought they made them. There was no pretence as to who made the songs. It upsets me that people enjoy the songs (theyre not his) because the people who made them spent weeks doing it, just to have him take all the credit. He is not a DJ.
