Dark Library and Games Workshop need to let the Eldar win a few, I mean I don't think I have read a recent scenario where they have had anything better than a Pyrrhic victory in ages. yet somehow the space marines win every campaign they take on and somehow the story hasn't advanced for the last 13 dark crusades.
Andthere is one things that sorry to say....and that is the fact that the Emperor could be nowhere as powerfull as he is because Eldrad is far more intelligent.Andanotherreason is that souls cannot emerge and that would be the way the emperor was created.But souls are indivizible...the only thing you can get clsoe to a soul "union" is the fact that they can work as one.Souls are not divizibile therefore they cannot be united
For all their sneaky, condescending, anti-human, backstabbing ways, I still feel a little sorry for the Eldar. Their race is hunted throughout the galaxy, and is pretty much doomed to extinction. :'(
@johnkerry7 SM is a shit army, everyone plays them because they are so easy.... if your going to play again PLEEEEEASE dont choose: SM, CSM, Space wolves, especially Grey knights. overpowered as hell. eldar are unstoppable if you use them right, takes practice but its worth it. especially the look on your opponents face as you take out a falcon with 6 wraithguard in it, waveserpant with 10 banshees and 2 wraithlords... owned
@BeTheBe5t true, however i thnk every one plays them BECAUSE they are easy to use. Not everybody wants to memorise 100s of pages of core rules AND specific army rules AND specific unit rules. As a casual gamer i really dont. And from what i remember, Smurf marines are pretty straight forward. Eh...idk, i dont even have the money for paints let alone new armies, so im a few years off anyways :p

I think the eldars fate of losing its once mighty empire is parallel to Europeans on earth today. 100 years ago we had empires covering almost the entire earth. When Slaanesh was born in the warp, a psychic wave rang out and shattered the minds of nearly all the eldar. only the ones on the fringes survived. Damn chaos fucking everything up again.

@gabrieluploads Actually Eldrad warned Fulgrim who was corrupted by a daemon at the time. He should have gone directly to the Emperor. And I am not entirely sure that the Emperor didn't know what was going to happen to him considering the foundations he laid down for the Imperium. The fact that he is the most powerful psyker in existence probably means he is several thousand times the seer that any Eldar is.
@SpaceMarine67146 Wrong, the Emperor is many levels above Eldrad. He had a simplier, more human mind before Horus, now for a change is unable to actually percieve his surroundings and the Materium in general, but his actuall power is equal or even greater to that of a Chaos God.
@Makkovar Thats Contradictinc the codices, they are defintely stating that Eldrard is the most powerful psyker ever in the galaxy. The Emperor besides could have been killed during the Great Crusade by mere an Ork.
@SpaceMarine67146 Surely they just didn't take the Emperor in account. As I said, he's just off the scale. And yes, I guess he could've been killed by an Ork... In the same fashion a Greater Deamon or a Primarch could - it's just not gonna happen. He can be killed, but his psychic power matches that of the Gods and keeps them at the Materium's bay.

Chaos Gods are no Psykers, the Emperor is, he is not Warp entity. He is present in flesh.

I think there was even a reference of Eldrad about a meeting with the Emprah in die HH books. He thought, that the Emperor was powerfull beyound understanding, but not a god.
@SpaceMarine67146 Well, the Emperor himself did not like the idea of Cult Imperialis and denied his godship. That's the main reason I dislike the Imperium - he gave humans the chance for enlightement and yet they used himself to reinforce their superstitions.

Umm number 1) their technology is way further ahead than that of The timid Space Marines and Imperium of Man
2) They have managed to survive and push back the swarming masses of tyranids and also if they do die, they created their own god to kill SLaneesh when all eldar die

I think the eldars fate of losing its once mighty empire is parallel to Europeans on earth today. 100 years ago we had empires covering almost the entire earth. Our culture is decadent compared to what it was 50 years ago. we will share the same fate as the eldar if europeans dont fix our culture and have enough children. @hateblack333 Well actually the fall was caused by the birth of Slaanesh, which was caused by the decadence of Eldar culture at the time. When Slaanesh was born in the warp, a psychic wave rang out and shattered the minds of nearly all the eldar. only the ones on the fringes survived. Damn chaos fucking everything up again.

@gabrieluploads Actually Eldrad warned Fulgrim who was corrupted by a daemon at the time. He should have gone directly to the Emperor. And I am not entirely sure that the Emperor didn't know what was going to happen to him considering the foundations he laid down for the Imperium. The fact that he is the most powerful psyker in existence probably means he is several thousand times the seer that any Eldar is.

In the same fashion a Greater Deamon or a Primarch could - it's just not gonna happen. He can be killed, but his psychic power matches that of the Gods and keeps them at the Materium's bay.

Chaos Gods are no Psykers, the Emperor is, he is not Warp entity. He is present in flesh.
But anyways, just love Eldar, and yes, the Emperor IS imba, but Eldrad should be, too.
I think there was even a reference of Eldrad about a meeting with the Emprah in die HH books. He thought, that the Emperor was powerfull beyound understanding, but not a god.

I still believe him to be the most powerfull being ever present in the Materium.

@SpaceMarine67146 The God-Emperor was formed by the combined might of thousands of psykers. Eldrard, whilst powerful, was nowhere near the Emperors level. He was almost a god when he was alive, and now he is sat upon the golden throne he is able to keep back the combined power of all four of the warp gods. He managed to defeat Horus who had the power the he had given him as well as the power of all the chaos gods and the only reason for being injured in return was his mercy.
