  • Where's simon baker?

  • Meryl streep simply the best!

  • This movie is a disgrace to The Band "The Devil wears prada"

  • people think success just happens...it doesn't.

  • @fireflies92 then how? people do it...they keep a secret how

  • @HannahMontana100000 well i was quoting the trailer...basically it means that success is not easy at all..or lucky...its really hard most of the time. with a lot of sacrifice...

  • @fireflies92 that means that celebrities are dont care about it if they risk it 2 sacrifice

  • Tall buildings, women no sane man would want and raw, tempestuous egos. ;])

  • Yeah to be honest i watched this movie because Simon Baker was in it :)

  • meryl streep is amazing

  • If you love this book/movie you will love a new novel that just got released called "Alter Ego In Chanel"!! You can ck out a mini cartoon clip at "xtranormal i wrote a novel" (4th video down)

  • I LOVEE THIS MOVIE :)

  • It was a movie, entertainment, on a human level, it makes no sense for people to ever treat co-workers in a demeaning way. A person secure with themselves, does not need to speak down to others. I have found this type of behavior does not illicit best work product as it does not have most people feel empowered, but less, commenting on way Meryl Streep's character treats her "assistants." It was a commercially successful book and movie in America. Sincerely, Jason Lowen in Los Angeles, Californi

  • i was watching TV and -The Devil Wears Nada- showed up no not Prada.... and it ended up being a porno

    O__o

  • "Who is this sad little person?" LOL

  • Best trailer for a movie yet, and i loved the movie itself, one of meryl streeps best roles, too bad the queen came out the same year =(

  • Please, it's just drizzling. (Thunder and lightning in the background. Lol.)

  • "You want this life? The decision's yours."

    Should've been the film tag.

  • I love Meryl Streep...she's fantastic :)

  • @ewksrp Oh yeah, Madame Actress, if you just compare her performance as Julia Child, Miranda Priestley and Margaret Thatcher - unbelievable!!!!

  • Love this film... Meryl Streep is an amazing actress!!!

  • i respect fashion to much after seeing this movie.the word fashion doesnt describe the art in clothing. designing every detail. im a straight man, and its unfortunate the world is so corrupt that people consider you gay if you are too into fashion (not that i love it) it just respect it. there is so much majesty in designing a piece designed for you and me.

  • God i love Meryl! Shes fantastic!!

  • I feel really ill today, took a day off from uni - what better to do than snuggle up on the sofa and watch this? :D

  • no relation this video

  • Can anyone please tell ....what is the song play from 1:10 to 2:11 ? I love it!!!!

  • @TheHarrypotterforeve i think its madonna - jump!

  • @MintShoelaces : Yes that's the song! Thanks a lot! :)

  • 240p, we meet again.

  • @VhUgGz loooooooooool

  • @elm4nsuri lul, lolx, lawl. x-D

  • Great movie! Totally recommend this !

  • I do not like how character played by Anne Hathaway is treated in this movie, it shows the insecurities of the character played by Meryl Streep, whom plays a pathetic character whom believes treating people badly wins friends, when if fictional character lost her job, no one would hire her as they remember the pain she caused them.

  • One my favourite films ever! Always go back and watch it!

  • But Andy has to be a blonde acc to the book and miranda shd hv long hair. blond.

  • 240p we meet again

  • great acting, great soundtrack, great plot

    just great, recomend it 100%

  • Anne Hathaway deserved an Oscar nomination for this film

    Thumbs up if you agree

  • Can't believe I haven't watched this movie yet. Looks amazing!

  • Wasn't Rachel Mcadams supposed to be the lead role in this movie? Love Anne Hathaway but come on, it could've been Rachel freaking Mcadams!

  • @starbucksmaniaclol i think Anne did a great job portrayin both sides of the character,i LOVE Mcadams but she was perfect for this film!

  • Meryl Streep looks DAMN good in this movie. NO LIE I want to look like that at her age =)

  • Top comments are the top comments for a reason..THERE EPIC

  • Any movie set in New York City is already impressive.

  • so was hathaway meant to be fat and ugly?

  • "its just drizzling".....

  • I find it interesting about a story where some one who works for some one so demanding and thoughtless. Unique topic. xD

  • where's mike hranica?

  • Omg i really wanna c the devil wears prada now coz i love the bit where meryl streep miranda priestly says please its just i dont know drizzling n then it thunders n lightnings thats funny that bit hehe :) i love anne hathaway n i love meryl streep now too hehe :)

  • "PLEASE, it's just, I don't know...drizzling." LOL!

  • emily blunt should have gotten more recognition for this film. the hospital scene is great

  • lol, please, it's just, you know, drizzling... hahahaha.. then the lightning struck xD.

    very nice movie! <3

  • @likethepear The same could be say of someone like, say Steve Jobs. It's the prestige of their products that makes people not quit their jobs.

  • I KNOW A GHOST?

  • this film is one of my favs would it be wrong to post a vocal cover to the song of this thread i came across on youtube its so funny??

  • Whenever I see this movie I always cry at the end

  • seems like just a chick, NY version of George Huang's 'Swimming With Sharks"

  • Please, its just drizziling. *bolt of thunder * lmfao

  • No. No. That wasn't a question. LOL

  • i though this was a devil movie wat the fuc

  • After I watched this movie, I became a fan of Emily Blunt; she's very funny.

  • I love this movie so much! Weird though, but I cried at the end. Haha. I love Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway!

  • This movie is very reminiscent of a film from 1994 called Swimming with Sharks. Which was a much better movie in my opinion.

  • No matter how important she may think she is, if my boss ever treated me like Miranda does in the film I'd spit in her face and tell her to fuck off. Fire me if you want, NOBODY should treat their employees like that.

  • no, no...that wasn't a question... ;-P

  • Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep are such good actresses, this was a great movie

  • music in trailer???

  • @santo727 Madonna - Jump

  • @beautifulybrainsick Thanks. but i wanna know the one that starts at 0:35 please???

  • This was a good movie. I think we have all worked for a boss who has acted somewhat like her.

  • " People think success just happens to them, it doesn't " - Ain't she right.

  • It's just drizzling...lol. No bitch a hurricane is outside.

  • it's funny how she says "good boy" to the dog in the trailer and then "good girl" in the movie

  • @misscarly12 Sorry thought you were talking about Meryl Streep

  • @misscarly12 She's not going to use an American accent when playing an English character (in the book Miranda Priestly is English) and anyway that's silly, it's like saying that there should be no English characters in American movies.

  • 1:25 song name?

  • @SKLukassso Jump by Madonna

  • Why is Emily Blunt speaking British English while this movie is an American movie? Just curious.

  • @misscarly12 aren't there any British people working in the US ?!? you can consider her one of those... ;)

  • @deedx No, I mean.. Like in her Sunshine Cleaning movie with Amy Adams, she spoke American accent there. I thought English actors are obliged to speak American in an American movie. Just like Gary Oldman. He speak British only if he's in an English movie.

  • @misscarly12 The stereotypical super fashionista CEO is usually imagined as one from a fashion country like Paris or London

  • as ridiculous as stuff that goes on in the movie seem, it's so realistic. If there ever was a film where "art imitates life" it is this one. High-rolling New York city poshiness in a nutshell!

  • I'm reading the book then I'll watch this

  • I love anne hathaway so much! <3 amazing!

  • I actually have talked with anne in Montreal in 2009, that was awesome.

  • "it's just drizzling" MASSIVE THUNDER STRIKE!!! lol

  • Like a great man once said - "If the Devil wears Prada then the Devil is a faggot"

  • This is like- my future life story. Hopefully. :)

  • *if you haven't sen the movie don't read thing*Can someone cleaar things up for me! Okay so you know at the end of the movie when christian like betrays Andie and then when miranda is giving her sppech at the end Christan is confused? You knwo what im talking about!??

  • Why must you quote the movie?!?! We just watched we know what happened. You dont need to repeat it so we can see it again

  • Andy: "my personal life is hanging by a thread"

Nigel: "that's what happens when u start doing well at work. let me know when ur whole life goes up in smoke, that means it's time for a promotion."

SO SO SAD, but TRUE D=

  • I hate trailers that spoil that whole movie.

  • Excelent QUOTE

Andy : What if I don't want this?

Miranda: Oh, don't be silly - EVERYONE wants this. Everyone wants to be *us*.

  • Good movie ! :DD

  • @limuzinche Is it just me or does Miranda look a little too old to have such young daughters, they seem more like her grandchildren?

  • @Suspiria10 See, Miranda's age always made sense to me, because she's just SUCH a career woman. She just really comes off as the kind of woman that would wait as long as biologically possible to have children - after graduating college and getting established at her job. She's the kind of woman who would never settle down...

  • So this movie is about conforming to society's high expectations and having to be someone else to succeed in life? What is the moral of this movie? I'm confused

  • @pinkygirl1999 She works to become someone she is not, and at the end of the movie when she realizes what she's become she quits.

  • @pinkygirl1999 darling it's the "commitment" on what we do and our "responsibilities" to the consequences of the choices we make. that's all!

  • @pinkygirl1999 Not exactly, because Anne Hathaway's character rejects that choice. She rejects the opportunity to "become" Miranda, even after Miranda tells her that she has the makings of a star. So... what do you think the moral of the movie is, after all?

  • i love emily blunt in this!

  • " Dont be ridiculous, everyone wants this.. Everyone wants to be US".... That's all... I too love this movie more each time I see it..

  • I love this movie but the trailer said everything what happend. not so good ;(

  • Emily looks so different when she colors her hair a different color...

  • Devil Wears Prada is the best movie of all time. dont argue. it is fantastic

  • u have no style.... no no that wasnt a question LOVE MERYYLLLL

  • @yomommaeatstwinkies yes we just saw that..

  • love Meryl streep, she did a marvelous job.

  • usrano englesko laprdanje, nista ne razumem

  • The book was a fantastic read, but Andrea was a much different character because she was a potty-mouthed, chain-smoking blonde. I also love that Colette's "Feelin' Hypnotized" was featured in the soundtrack to the movie.

  • I thought "take a chance, this smart, fat girl." Ahahahah Lovable :P

  • Whats the Background music?
