China is Austria's largest trading partner outside the EU, with trade worth $6.1 billion last year, a 26-percent increase from 2009.

For those westerners without history knowledge, a sad moment occur not only to Tibet, but to all China, including the Hans, in 1960s-1970s. This is due to a scholar in the west, who originated the idea of communism. Just like the opium war on China from the British, it drugged all Chinese people at that time.
