The United States Constitution -- the highest law in the land, the parent law from which all child laws are derived in this Country states that this WHOLE COUNTRY is a "free-speech zone". A University of Florida student Andrew Meyer is Tasered and arrested after supposedly "causing a disturbance" at a town hall forum, which featured Senator John Kerry, at the UF auditorium on Sept 17, 2007. What does these people have in common? They where exercising their right to freedom of speech.

Well, that's just too bad, now isn't it? Yes, we are free to yell, to protest, to say what we want and sit where we want, and we are free to get as close to you as we want so long as we are not physically harming you or harassing you. Freedom of speech does not mean disobeying all laws, and freedom of speech applies to ALL speech, especially unpopular or controversial speech.
