Personally I find it sick and I am bewildered by how this could have happened. Why didn’t the jury notice the lack of evidence? Why didn’t the defense attorney object the mention of his occupation in the adult film industry which was mentioned over 200 times? In either case I beleive the accused should be told what their punishment will be. With Chris, while he was accused of rape, no physical evidence can be found. Logically one would think that physical evidence is needed to accuse someone of rape. Again I would like to add that she earlier claims that it was Kyle next to her!

The latter is easy to prove and as such, people should be punished with it. When alcohol is involved, either both parties should be punished, or none at all. Also there was no evidence. no dna, no fingerprints, no rape kit evidence. All that was needed to convict him was the identification of the victim that was unable to identify him in her initial statement days after, but 13 months later was able to point him out in court after having seen his picture in the paper and on the news numerous times and the testimony of the person that actually committed the crime in order to get a reduced sentence.
