Took the words right out of my mouth! Eating healthy does come with a few sacrifices with money elsewhere, can't burn the candle at both ends as a student all the time
To be fair I know students who are heading off to uni for first year spend about £200 on booze. so cut down on that by 1/4 and you have your shopping for a week.
£50 every 7-10 days might be a bit expensive for a student, but still bear in mind that we are trying to get the best possible nutrition for the cheapest, sure you can buy lots of cereals, oats, rice, some cheap chicken etc and come to £30-35 a month, but it will not be even close to optimal nutrition. Although this was aimed at students, when I was a student I still made a bit more money available for food as quality nutrition and being in great shape was important to me

What would you meal plan be for that shop?
You know your stuff but £50 a week seems expensive for a student?
