I want all After School Fans to understand something important. The graduation system is the way Pledis has complete control over everything. The girls have no control over their career as a performing artist. Pledis controls every aspect of decision making. The girls are like employees. Each girl must do what they are told. If they don't, then they are not given opportunties and are not treated fairly. They can't just eliminate a member, but they can make things difficult for a member

This is why After School went from four girls to nine and back to eight. Then they broke After School in half and came up with two groups Red and Blue. These are the decisions being made by Pledis. The girls have no say in this. I hope you now understand and see that the graduation system is a method to control the performing artist. This is why when Joo So-young, Son Dambi and Bekah left they said nothing. They were hurt and they couldn't say anything. I'm sorry but that's the reality

@cantor50 U were wrong. After School first generation had 5 girls Kahi, JungAh, Juyeon, Bekah and Sooyoung, not 4 girls. Moreover, Son Dam bi was not a part of After School at all. She 's After School labelmate. That's it. I agree with u on Pledis can control over After School members' careers.
