why is it that I can sometimes put 4 clear hits into the chest of an easy target with a sniper and they won't go down, yet in my killcam I frequently see people make quick CLEAR MISS shots like they don't even care which take people down in 1.

Am I lagging? are they exploiting a glitch? If they are, they need to fuck off, because it makes that shit worse than noob tubes. It makes sniper rifles the best gun in damn near every way at every range.
