BMW E87 120D with chip, 203BHP 442NM is damn quick

Check my video in my 123d stock, from 100-160 which takes about 10 sec, and your 120d about 14 sec, so something is not right in the State of Denmark

Nice comments guys! The only problem is the 120d has now been replaced by a 530d. The "1" was great fun but on Cornish roads damned uncomfortable. I hope the new owner has fun in it :-)

I've just had my E87 120d remapped and it's 212bhp (approx 180 at the wheels) and 330lb/ft and is much quicker than previously. I'm not sure outright speed is the benefit - in gear acceleration is significantly better and the rev limit is a little higher. I'm loving the look of surprise on the faces of 328 drivers as well as Honda Civic Type R owners. And I'm getting 43.5 mpg.

@euph4simes nice i'd love to see the re-mapped 120d in action against a civic type r or something along them lines i love the shape of the 120d esp in white i would actually prefer the 120d over the 123d and i would deffo be putting 116d badges on her lol 330lb-ft is a lot standard e46 330d's have 302 lb-ft but the 120d is much much lighter with 50/50 weight would love a drive in one either 163 or 177bhp model as it would be getting a re-map anyway and some nice 19" m6 alloy's =]

I have a 118i 129hp and a 530i 231hp, your car is closer to the 118i than to the 530i...and have a look at viedos of 123d acceleration (204hp, 400Nm) and you will see it's much faster!

I tell you, your car goes well, but does not have 203hp...
