  • its all bullshit with adjustments on stearing. I often drift in corners and im still faster then most ppl on the track. Because when i overstear in the corner i keep full throttle through the corner and when im out the corner i put my stearingwheel straight and the rpm from the engine kicks in so u get launched faster then when u brake more and keep a smooth stearing line. In corners where u can keep the pace u should drive a smooth line without drifting.

  • you may not need this advice but, dont lock up the brakes in every turn it isn't as efficient. Second be smoother with your hands (not so many turns per corner on the steering wheel).. otherwise great video man and I race Junior Rotax to. Northeast. Im on a CRG blackstar

    He is driving a kf3 kart, wich are allowed to be like 10 or 15 kilograms lighter.

    and the other karts are driving with junior rotax, wich doesnt have a power valva and has les hp.

  • nice driving mate. im looking at getting my first kart in the summer. im knocking on a bit at 34 but want to get into practice for 6-12 months to get up to race speed then race it.

    any advise on which kart and engine to go for. i would like to buy a tonykart with 250cc and shifter or do u think i should get something else? thanks

  • It all depends on what you want. For a first kart i would go with a leopard or some other TAG class. I say leopard because jetting may be annoying to play with in a rotax and it's key if you want to be fast. If you're going TAG i would run either a tony kart or CRG. If you want to go shifter then go stock honda 125 with a GP chassis or CRG. Tony kart seems too stiff for a shifter but that's just my opinion.

  • brake balance fucked up and locks to much

  • There is no front brake on KF3 well this is actually rotax but anyway... that's how your supposed to drive you hit the brakes till it locks and then back off a little. This guy's pushing it he's pretty fast.

  • He's not locking it up it's just skidding that's how it sounds when you're good at braking. The tires skid but it slows you down fast when you lock the tires then it flatspots them which is bad and it feels like you're floating. You don't slow down at all.

  • @chrisross2343 it is a kf3 i have a rotax and trust me a rotax doesnt sound like that and this kf3 is faster you watch my videos with my rotax and see if it sounds the same eh?

  • first i think its a rotax engine 125cc. about 25 to 30 hp.

    and secound the straight isnt long enought to get to the top speed.

    in this video he goes only 70mph means 112kph .. his top speed is about 140.

    i drive this engine alot of times .. crazy mashine. :)

  • a rotax max can even go to about 150kmh, but i think i accelerate faster with my bicycle if you set up such a gearing...

    It is a kf3 engine, it is on track with junior rotax but is faster than senior rotax if it is driven properly.

  • they probs can cos at pfi i get up to 68mph at the line in a junior so by the end of the straight were probs doing well over 70 and kf3's are quicker so he probs is

  • Well i race KF3s in Ireland and the top speed is about 95 kmph.

  • 95 km/h? from a KF3? are you sure thats right? I can almost get that out of a Yamaha J in Australia (it's a long straight but still the engine only puts out about 9 hp)
