Emmitt Smith can really dance. He has that '70's rhythm we could dance back in the day. His moves are fantastic. I don't follow a lot of football and I'm sorry I'm not familiar with his football career but he can dance and maybe the running back in him helped Cheryl teach him the dances. Great job!

When this show started, I didn't know who I would root for. I thought Emmitt started off well but when it got to 54 sec. to 58 sec. I was hooked. The man's got rhythm!!

This is why Emmitt Smith is the heart of a champion. He's probably the best player to grace the field (all time rushing leader, 2nd highest scorer, 3 time SB champ). He has a good sense of humor and a friendly attitude. He always tries his best at anything (even at dancing). He's never afraid to voice his opinion.

Bottom line: Smith is a role model for the NFL because he is funny, fearless, and fantastic.

This is my favourite dance of theirs and definitely one of my favourite dances overall of any season. I remember watching it on the show for the first time. My mouth dropped open when Emmitt sashayed down those stairs and it stayed that way the entire dance, morphing occasionally into delighted laughs accompanied by clapping and cheering. My family (who weren't watching) thought I was mad. I LOVED this dance and Emmitt's 'effortless cool'.
