  • Is this swan lake?

  • Sorry! English isn't my first language!

  • And hit all you lines but it's what is coming from your heart into those lines in what matters. When I danced professionally and had soloist roles, I would always give myself a piece of myself to the audience..... We give as dancers!!

  • Dancer! Please see misty copeland's video in the Anaheim Ballet forum. It's good to have technique and hitvall

  • The principle is beautiful. She is a true artist and

  • @bubblesinyurface You are very mean sir or mam. You should stop judging on size and start judging on their dancing since it is very good. You are making yourself look like a rude youtube idiot. You are an idiot to think ballet dancers are all tall and skinny. Some are SHORT. They are all very graceful ballet dancers.

  • :) Ms. seays my teacherr

  • @Bubblesinyurface thats rude. and you obviously know NOTHING about ballet. so stop.

  • @Bubblesinyurface Since you enjoy criticism so much, here's some for you: learn English, please. Your spelling and misuse of punctuation is horrendous.

  • @Bubblesinyurface YOU DIRTY FAT BITCH. one of my unlady like moments...but SERIOUSLY!?!?!?

  • I'm just saying they are underdeveloped and short.

Its kind of a comedy ballet for South American fat ass midgets mabey.

Like lighten up on the rice and beans and plantains.. Every other American dancer eats within proportion, is not a short stubby fat ass. I think her tu tu is falling down on her ass also. Is that Chola Changa Gangster Impresionism?

  • This is not the 1st movement (01 above) This is the quickest central part of the 2nd movement. I danced this 40 years ago. ! Lots of standing around or killer bourees for corp. I preferred the 1st movement! This is my favorite section of this movement. I wish there was a DVD to this. I remember only about 75% of it.

  • Notice that all these "Ballet Dancers" are all a foot or two shorter than your average American Ballet Dancer.

  • @Bubblesinyurface

Why the quotation marks? They're not real dancers...?

  • ugh. Not a huge fan of this ballet but I REALLLLLYYY appreciated that. It is so great when companies have such clean dancers.

  • that first seatlift was effortless..i likes.

  • Deanna has a special allure...

  • I LOVE Symphony in C! Great job!

  • The ravishing Deanna Seay, worth a trip to Florida just to see her dance.

  • her presence on stage is lovely but in this ballet a 180 penchee really makes it

  • @happydancer1234 LOL. You clearly are too young and STUPID to know anything about the history of this ballet, which dates from the Forties, and in which there was NEVER anything resembling a six o'clock penchee (vastly overdone and turned into a hideous schtick in modern times, by the way--look up 'schtick'--)until Suzanne Farrell did them in the late Sixties. That penchee is NOT in Balanchine's choreography, NOR did most of his ballerinas ever do it. Get an education.

  • thanks to miami city ballet for allowing people make the chance to make comments. I was wondering, is there a company choreographer?

  • This is my favorite section from the entire ballet!!!
