i did this same challenge and i got to 32 cops disabled but when i tried to evade i got blocked in and was forced to hit a spike strip then i was pinned to a wall... it sucked!

this is one of the challenge series tasks, were you have to disable 30 patrol units, i was close yesterday with 27 in 10 min, but ran into a effing spike strip, if you get all 30 and evade, you get pearl window tint
