A person can gain weight or have facial swelling and to the outside world that person might look irregular in the face or frozen. In the late 90s to early 2000s he was on prednisone. The way his face looks is not due to surgery. The concert wasn't a mess. It was not the big concerts he always put on but it was still great. What does his face have to do with the concert?

Billy Gilman was 13 years old there. He was one of the artist of 'we are the world'.

When he was 14 years old, his voice started changing and the doctors said he had to stop singing for a while, otherwise his voice may be damaged for good. In 2005, he started singing again. I don't know or he has a new album.
