hi, I've got a question, I had my baby 3 month ago and I'm breastfeeding him..well I've got two questions..is normal if in this last two weeks I'm always hungry?and I want start to do some exercises particularly for my belly because I've got more a big belly..(yes my baby was 4,100 kg!) but I've got pain on pelvic zone bones..can I do the exercises anyway?
@Lamu1981 The key to weight loss is your diet - 70% diet, 30% exercise. The best thing you can do is eat cleanly (cut out the processed foods and sugar, try to eat lean meats, lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains) and make sure you are eating 6 times a day. This will rev your metabolism up so you can lose that baby weight even if you're unable to exercise. So if you're hungry, make a clean choice and keep on eating!
