holy cow i've been lucky i have never broken anything. well i fractured my thumb lol. but i do ride hard and go for everything. and i have really had some bad crashes but never brocken anything. my friend did tho. we were at windrock in tennessee and he went flyin off the trail and shattered both bones his arm and had 2 plates 11 screws still recoverin from last august

my worst injury is a broken foot fell on a corner and the bike just went down and crushed it. not to badly. My worst crash i just got the wind knocked out of me. lol went down a huge hill after a jump and hit a rock went tumbling lol bike to i front flipped off my bike and the bike flipped about 5 or 6 times. . was kinda fun. cept went everyone passed me. Why i wear a neck brace and a chest protector.
