I havent never heard a single scientist say that we humans evolved from monkeys. Because they havent and we didnt. We evolved from apes. If you cant tell the difference between apes and monkeys.. or understand what someone is saying to you when they explain the basics of evolution, then you should refrain from entering an intelligent conversation. @0xd34dx0 Gravity is a theory. A Hypothesis needs to be testable, if its testable it becomes a theory, if its provable its become a fact. There is no such thing as 100% certainty. A fact is a claim with enough weight behind it to the point where it would be perverse to dispute this. Evolution is a fact do to the changes in genes, human skull, and transitionary fossils.
