  • @zakharaya when i first started to do these exercises it hurt my back. but after about 3 days, my back got used to it and it didnt hold me back from exercise.

  • Ok she has it all coverd, however you are not only going to those dream abs by only doing those exercises, you need to eat correctly (i eat 6 small means a day) no macy-D's, you have to run(any form of cardio will do) . keep working hard and you will definatly see your results in no time :) :) :) :)

    you know im 12 yrs old and im doing each day 130 workouts on my dads abs machine and lift with my let and right arm 8Lbs. 115 time..the trick is not to do them all in a row make 30 one side 30 the other than go to abs and keep going like that. Good Luck!!
