However, if you want to justify corporate welfare for big telcos, here's your ammo! Otherwise, you may also want to consider the economic returns from citizens having high speed, low cost broadband.

    The internet is a critical piece of infrastructure for the economic growth. Therefore, it's a utility and demands treatment as such.
