why is all the elvis presley songs the more i hear them the more they seem to sound like country music ? Well he wasnt a country music artist unless he was or a rocking roll type of guy. But the more i hear his songs of the 70s the more they seem to sound like the type of music you would hear for country music type. Have anyone notice that ? Or did elvis presley aventualy as he was getting older he was more a calming down type of songs... as to wen he was younger he was more energetic dancer

And yet the 80s allredy sounded quite moderm in pop music style... just like todays... Most of the songs in the 80s doesnt sound old some songs still sounds like yet todays musicbeats

There was allready modern clothing clothes that you would normaly have seen allready of the 80s. Yet late 70s doesnt mean u have to keep the tradition flairs and 80s not. Aniways just interesting stuff.. let me know your opinions and thoeries.

Elvis version, in my opinion, is better than CCR's one and it's the best male version of the song. If you have time you should see Tina singing this song in 2009. Really incredible... Her voice remains the same.
