Cut off your pedal arms, and instead of running the drive chain to a sproket on the back wheel, run it straight down to where your pedal axle is, and attach the sprocket there. Then your power is transferred through to the other side, and you can use all your 15 gears to accelerate or keep the motor in its optimal torque range. Make some new fixed footpegs to rest your feet on. You already have a kickstart, you don't need any pedals to start.
have you fallen down while riding it? thats too much power on a bicycle. Then the exhaust that shits huge. i bet youve gotten burned on it. other than that its a sweet ride I especially like the engine. Not like the chinese piece of shit that they make. it looks good to ride.
Question for EZRider...do you have to register and insure your bike, for street use, where you live? Is 50cc legally a "non-motorcycle", where you live? How much HP does it generate? Thanks, in advance, for your reply
Dude oh my god, Your bike is amaziing, I have one of those kit engines on my really good norco bike but im having so much trouble with it it seems like these things are designed to break =/
Where di you get that engine? =o
I need something like that Sooo badly please reply dude
The engine alone cost me $525 a year ago but its now on my SCSW Full Suspension Bicycle and the motor is stronger than ever. You can't beat the duribility of these motors. I would have gone through 6 chinese motors compared to the Morini Motor. Plus having that extra power is an added bonus!
3.2 s6e is more comparable to a china engine but still better and faster with a stock china 44t. This 5.6/6.4? will probably get someone hurt if they don't build on a good frame/ wheel bearings. If you want a riot go with the one in the video, and mount it well on a good bike, otherwise save a few bucks for the exhuast and get the s6e $420 ish(maybe less). I did, more than happy.
I couldn't agree with you more on the 5.8/6.4 motors. I use to always check my aluminum frame for cracks after riding because of the speeds. I took the motor off this bike and put it on my Santa Cruz Scooter Works Full Suspension Boxer Frame and feel safer. Dean at SCSW made a one piece rear hub that uses larger sealed bearings and a solid axle. My new bike has been super reliable. It's great to ride hard all day and not have to worry about breaking down and pedaling or repairing.
The pipe only gets warm because I have a heat sheild covering the expansion chamber. During the summer I rode in shorts all the time. Its hard to see it because of the quality of the video but if you go to the link in the info section there are pictures of it. Thanks

I didnt mean to remove my comment, my you tub pg. was not working right, if you want copy & past it from your email they sent you.
I ordered some ½ links for my chain in order to hopefully not have to use a chain tensioning device, but well see if its close enough.

too much exhaust??
christophersboy 2 years ago
Not really because the expansion chamber is made for a 50cc BZM pocketbike.
EZRider063 2 years ago
@christophersboy he's probably got it new and is breaking it in with more oil than neccisary, thats what i did with mine
Samstorey1234567 1 year ago
front sprocket 13, rear 53 thats the best, don't put too much tension on the chain as youre doing now, its too tight, it can snap you know
lolzordje123 2 years ago
The chain on the bike wasn't that tight. I made sure it had an inch of chain travel. Its really hard to snap a 415 chain.

that's an X-factor red colored large liter tank, cool
TheNoisePolluter 3 years ago
What is the tank for? I can find it.
22lambo 3 years ago
It's a go-ped brand scooter, they don't make those X-Factor colored tanks anymore, normally the tank are grey or white.

Ya, I wanted to get one for my goped.
