I LOVE the way you move within the hoop, so expressive and energetic. I can see your response to the rhythmic strum of the guitar. Excellent music, excellent hooping. Can't wait to meet you at the HoopPath Retreat!

this is awesome on many levels :) your paddles, breaks, reverses...everything really...is/are so beautifully fluid. a joy to watch. thanks for posting! are you going to be at HP next month?

Yep, this will be my first year at HP Retreat. So, you are going too? Do I know you from tribe or something?

I'm on tribe (sporadically anyway) but we don't know each other. ...I'm just another fellow hoop lover is all :) This will be my first HP retreat too. I attended a smaller HP workshop a few months ago and immediately put myself on the list for the retreat. Can't wait!!
