This is a Futura House manufactured in the US in the 1960s. There are about 50 or so of them in the US and quite a few in New Zealand! Delaware has one in Rehobeth, near the airport.
There is another one - a double saucer house located in a small town called Carlylse, Ohio which is around 30 miles north of Cincinatti - close to the Franklin and Middletown area. Check my videos out for a shot of it.
