I guess my problem with all these "Free energy" videos is the use of the term is made ambiguous through general ignorance of the populace. We need some way to differentiate free energy as a way to create electricity or some usable potential without having to spend money after the cost to produce the machine. For example, solar, wind, hydroelectric ect. and "free energy" or energy that is created in violation of the conservation of energy.

Now, are you suggesting that your electrolysis HHO cell is an example of cold fusion? I hope not. As for doubling your MPG simply by using some HHO cell, I doubt it. You can do things and make modifications to get better MPG, but for a single change to double the MPG is unlikely and I'm certain you have no independent empirical testing to verify your claim.

part 2: i believe this is an ion/plasma energy. By the way I said that years ago and it was just recently stated in the Navy scientist article. So basically what i am saying is there is more than one way to skin a cat if you know what i mean. Most could not conduct, much less design, a proper scientific test. Maybe ONE has subjected their systems to independent tests and that test was flawed in so many ways, if not rigged. Many of them stand to make money by perpetuating the scam.

These people are seeing fuel mileage increases, as well as engines are running cooler, as well as water comes out the exost. I am not selling anything, the only thing do is recommend you negatively charge your sell and not go for the hydrogen on demand, you can use the same cells, it is just charged differently. Forgive me for being skeptical of a group of tinkerers who claim they have proven conventional physics wrong. Her presentation did NOT offer an explanation or theory as to how her process could produce neutrons AND she did NOT show that the neutron source must be from the experiment or that it is the result of fusion.

No. It is HIGHLY debatable whether or not HHO works as an MPG booster. The lack of independent scientific data is the main thing that makes debate difficult.

It's not clear that the Mosier-Boss experiment did or was designed to do anything other than prove cold fusion is possible. If it produced excess heat ("more energy out than in"), they didn't talk about it.

Correct, P&F probably didn't say "cold" fusion, but they DID say fusion. "Cold fusion" is a simple term to describe the relatively "cold" temperatures at which they claimed to have achieved fusion.

part 4: I have done this to 5 cars and 2 of them increased mileage. Put one wire with 3 inches of bare wire and go threw the over flow valve on the radiator, and to the negative of the battery. That's it. the water gets a slight charge from the spark plugs and electrons drain out the wire attracted to the positive ions in the battery. You gotta make sure there is not an oxygen sensor in your car though.

Even IF they got out more energy than they put in and even IF they also got out some additional neutrons, that doesn't mean that they have achieved fusion. In the second experiment with the blue tape. The magnet was replaced with two magnets and some steel. There are three reaction possibilities: magnet2magnet (100%), magnet2steel(56-63%), and steel2steel(5-20%). m2m & s2s come by equation; m2s is complicated so the percentages are based on three known O/U devices (50% may be minimum for m2s).

s2s comes with a price, only DC, which means it cannot be hooked to the grid but could certainly be used in homes.
