Thanks for posting such intimacy between you and your daughter. She is so sentient its obvious she is trying already to communicate. I love that you are stroking her and telling her you love her and uttering her name. She seems so eager for life, reaching, sucking on her fingers, making noises and seems so content and confident to assert herself in so many movements I didn't know a baby could do, not having had one myself. Many Blessings. Very beautiful experience to watch to the end.

My babies were often naked too. Now my kids are 3 and 7 and even in chilly weather, they have adapted and it doesn't bother them at all. I read in one of the Anastasia series books and then in blogs from parents who actually did it, that children can even adapt in snow but they have to be acclimated to that early so even in freezing temperatures they don't even feel uncomfortable. The human body is amazing.

I have followed you for the last few years on raw reform and was surprised to see about a month after her birth you had become parents. I was thinking I must not be aware of everything I am reading, thankfully I realized you kept the pregnancy between you both until the birth. It warms my heart to see such love in one family. I am a Obstetrics Nurse in a large hospital and would like to see much less intervention in the birthing process. Oria makes the world better place .

beautiful! I wish I had video taped my now 9 m/o at that age. we got a camcorder at 4 mo. so I can only compare his develpement from then. I honestly cannot remember him at newborn. Strage to say this being that he is only 9 m, but it goes by so fast!
