Friend thereis no bather about Amma didn't get D.S.PAward.Always Amma and her talents r in our mind.When Amma got N.T.RAward in 2002 she said "According to seniority thisaward too late to me.But people will think Bhanumathi should be get this first.that is enough to me".Our thoughts about Amma is a great Award to her.There is no doubt.

@aramuskguy Exactly my thoughts. Bhanumathy was a one woman bundle of talents and creativity: Actor, singer, dancer and writer of serial fiction. And she produced movies as well. A great role model, not just for young women but for all young people.

Loved her fluid voice and singing style and her comedic flair in acting when she was given scope for it.

Bhanumati, a highly talented lady - actor, singer, composer, writer, director and producer.Undoubtedly deserved much better recognisition by Telugus than what she received. In any other language she would have received better appreciation, recognitaion and veneration. Of course nothing new for Telugus even Tyagaraja suffered the same fate.
