What you're saying sounds right. I think the video's poster knows it has nothing to do w/ flying saucers, but titled it this way to have some fun & get more viewers. It is an interesting experiment, you have to admit, & I'm glad he posted it. I don't see how it could get off the ground tho. Too much drag & not enough lift.
