Mr. logicaleast! if u know those 'fucking' tips then why ur interview is not there? why  ur name is not followed by IAS as Mr. Sudeep's is.. why were u not able to crack civil services.. so before raising fingure on others remeber that three fingures are towards u.. and mind you language man! if you use such words then u cant be a civil servant.. better luck next time ....... got it??
