  • I loved this movie ....cant believe I found it

  • Loved this as child as I'm sure pretty much anyone watching this clip did. As someone else pointed out this was never put onto DVD. However, If anyone is curious I just found this movie on PirateBay with like 3 people seeding.

  • ah, i used to love this movie...:D

  • This was my favorite cartoon when I was a kid. I haven't seen it in close to 20 years. MUST HUNT DOWN A COPY!

  • I love this cartoon! I still have it on tape from when I was like 2 years old. It's too bad it has a really rough spot in it, but I've always kept it close.

I can't find it to buy anywhere at all, and getting it through "other means" it's just as impossible :(

  • AHHH! I miss watching this!

  • I still have my vhs version :D

I've watched this movie at least half a thousand times, it was my favourite movie of all time from when I was 4 'til around 7 or 8.

    Such an awesome movie.

  • I SMELL DYNAMITE, RUN!!

  • Oh dear God this is my childhood... "We gotta get this cat" made me remember being 4 all of a sudden.

  • old school

  • I used to have the VHS. I have been looking for this forever for nostalgic reasons, We gotta get this cat

  • I still have this on video! Unfortunately, if I do upload it, the quality would be kind of bad as I would have to record it off of my TV with my camera... It wouldn't be horrible though.

  • OMG I remember this when i was a kid. I have been looking for this on dvd for at least 4 yrs now. They should put this cartoon on dvd.

  • why no episodes not 1 episode

  • You guys have no idea, how long I've been searching for the title of this cartoon....years.... I remember watching it when I was a little kid and didn't remember the name..... found it today, muahahaha!!!

  • Me too. I have been looking so hard for a torrent of it. This brings back so many good memories :)

  • OMG i remember watching this ages ago. Holy crap the moment the tune started I recalled most of the starting lyrics..talk about tucked away memories

  • also someone PLEASE upload this whole damn video.

sadly my copy is likely gone forever. :(

  • I actually have a copy of this that's in extremely great quality, however I need a DVD-R in order to put it up. Cross your fingers and this may be uploaded soon.

  • Hey, please let me know if you put it up somewhere, I would love to have it.

  • this absolutly one of my favorite movies EVER. i think it was one the first movies i remember watching all the time. i cant believe its an anime.

  • i havent seen this in like 15 yrs!

that theme song brings back awesome memorys

  • I have this movie on vhs, I used to watch it all the time when I was little!

  • gah. russian dub way better. i woud know.

ive seen both versions. russian dub better.

  • Yeah, I prefer my Pero to be hand drawn too. ^_^

  • Thanks for the link. ^_^ I just hope Toei dosen't become too heavily involved with Disney.

  • Ah so you do know of the infamous 'Ringo' dub. 'Pusty' yuck! I'll stick with Pero anyday. I was wondering if you also knew about the infamous Captain N episode which featured a bobcat version of Pero and is based on Pero's NES game?

  • DiC pretty much screwed up Pero.

  • I haven't seen the Captain N episode 'Once Upon A Time Machine' but I'm hoping to soon, once I can afford to buy the Captain N DVD set. I didn't mind the look of the bobcat myself, however it would have been nice if DiC got permission from Toei to use their actual character design. It's rumoured that DiC had assistence from Toei Animation with some Real Ghostbusters episodes, however there's no way to prove that, unless DiC or Toei themselves admit it.

  • Oh yeah! I've actually got the DVD myself. just love Pero. Oh and Toei rules! ^_^

  • damn!!!!!i finnally found it!!

  • this guy is a jagger!!! hahahah

    this is cool though.

  • I actually watched this film in it's Korean dub back when I was living with my grandmother in South Korea. For YEARS I've wanted to know what it was called (I was only four when I watched it). Thank you so much for helping me relieve a part of my childhood.

  • Hey! That king cat is voiced by Ray Owens (Dr. Elefun)! Nice!

  • OMG THANKS FOR POSTING

I watched this so many times as a kid I knew every line by heart and i played it so many times the vhs tape video failed. Thanks!

  • Own a VHS of it. Found it at a Good Will shop.

  • THANK YOU!!

This is by far the greatest thing form my childhood! You HAVE to upload the rest!

  • I miss this cartoon. I regret missing out on buying so many of my old favorites. I was lucky enough to find Watership Down on DVD! I hope this one comes out soon.

  • Diskotek has only released the first film, it has released the second or third yet, but then it could be released by another distributor who aquired the rights to the dubbed version, as well as Toei's original Japanese version. You can actually buy the DV's in orginal Japanese only in Japan. But they'll be in Region 2 format.

  • It's never been released on DVD as far as I can tell. However, Amazon often has the VHS tapes available from private sellers.

  • It is out on DVD at least the one of him tricking an orger to help a kid he meet like in the original puss in boots store. I got it at Borders bookstore.

  • That's the 'first' Puss in Boots film made in 1969.

  • I absolutely loved this when I was little! Do you know if it's available on DVD?

  • It isen't avaliable on DVD yet, but hopefully soon it might be. The first Puss In Boots film 'The Wonderfull World Of Puss In Boots' however is avaliable on DVD.

  • i loved that movie when i was a child, and still! thanks for uploading!!!

  • i luv that movie!! sir rumblehog ftw!!!

  • Where can I find that?

  • Try eBay or Amazon marketplace. You might find old copies of the video.

  • Puss 'N Boots I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! >w<
