This "dude" has been around since the '80s (Yawning Man), one of the first people who started that desert rock thing. I consider Alfredo Hernandez as a member of the band, not just filling in for someone. Kyuss always had different line-ups on each album with Josh and John as the only consistent band members. Hernandez kept on playing on the first QOTSA album, Desert Sessions and others, he formed Ché with Brant Bjork, later joined him on his solo releases. He's a real drummer ;-)
