  • I'm actually refurbishing a saw just like this one and I made up two wings that bolt on each side. They are each 9 inches wide and they really make the table wider.

  • What is the thread guage for blade tightening arbor nut(s)? Can't get anyone to measure this correctly-

  • how much did you sell it for?

  • @averagemale2000 i sold it for 35 dollars AS-IS to a guy who had the same saw, but wanted a second one. Pro wood worker i guess. Sorry for the odd speech in the video since it was my first video.

  • Great find! ignore these dumb ass haters, can you make a video making the table unit for ti.I have a small craftsman and the table and rip fence suck I want to make a bigger table and better fence. Thanks

  • @Bowfinger6383 Making the table is not hard, but the thing is i never made one before. You can measure the base of the saw, and make a frame to fit then go from there.

  • i just found a ryobi table saw and the only problem is a broken leg

  • dam that things ancient

  • "Sweet"

  • so your an idiot if you didnt know how to do somthing ?????????

  • puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • Its a great find. You may want to add a on and off switch to it, Clean the top with rust removal and steel wire brush. It should clean up good. Best of luck on selling your find. Thanks for putting up the video.

  • Great find Craig!! I know this was almost 2 years ago, but I'm slowly checking other vids out!!! I also happened to notice some of the low lifes getting on here talking shit... I had to spread some cheer buddy!!

    5***** Awesome buddy!

  • Thanks! This was my debut video, and i felt shy doing it.

  • You did fine buddy!! I know the feeling.. Its not always easy to make something, and than make it so public!!! Thats how everyone starts though!

  • awsome find buddy

  • What a piece of junk! And can you stop patting yourself on the back for fixing junk! You're a moron! Get a job loser!

  • I like fixing junk because i have been doing it for years, and i get incredible satisfaction doing a job well done. I am not a moron, and was self employed for 14 years doing something other than fixing junk you asshole!

  • @craig1974 he is an asshole and probably jealous coz he can't do shit like that himself

  • Do you have a hobby?? I'm sure it's pretty intresting.... You're a moron sir!! At least he does something positive with his time! You need to do something more than get on other peoples videos and make negative comments.... Thats not being very positive.. I'm sure your mommy would be proud of your pathetic ass!!

  • @beabro dicks like you are why we have usfull items in landfills and are destroying the planet hes not a loser people like this are heros so fuck off

  • Add the original jimmy jig and you all set to expand the table top

  • wow that is a really good saw you should put an off and on switch on it so when you plug it in it doesent go on cause that is a bit dangerous with your back turned

  • $30??? LOL. Wasn't even worth stopping for unless you were keeping it.

  • fuck you cocksmoker. keep your asshole opinions to yourself.

  • what a douche -- hard up for $30. You should dumpster diving... let me know when you make the video. LOL

  • blocked fucking hater troll!

  • You are a fuckin idiot!!!

  • Just clean the table with a scouring pad, and give it a coat of car wax. The belt is inside out. Otherwise, a great find.

  • Great find!!! SWEET !!!!!!!

  • i gotr one EXACTLY like this, nice find too

  • people throw out some damn good stuff from time to time

  • nice, i might get a table saw from my grandpa.

  • that actually looks more like its from the 60's or 70's. probably late 60's

  • i say early to mid 60's

  • well im going by the looks of the motor. the motor does look original to the saw. i have seen craftsmans use that motor. and the motor could very well be mid to late 60's. its definatly no earlier.

  • Yeah the motor looked original to the saw. I liked it, but i just did not have the room for it. Besides i had another Craftsman saw in the garage. I was thinking of getting rid of the other one too, and buying a portable table saw to store under my radial arm.

  • we have a circa 1947 atlas industrial. now thats a true 1940's saw! all cast iron table, cast iron atlas motor. its a beastly manly thing! but it sure works awsome!

  • Do you still have this saw?

  • no i sold it on CL for 30 bucks

  • Nice saw. The things people throw out.

  • Exactly JustMakingComments, that was kinda ignorant calling the guy an idiot. You should go and thank the guy, so you have good fortune! Kindness aint for pussies man.

  • Man you find such sweet stuff. You are the MAN!! I love your Lawn Mower Vid's keep em comming.. But this one was maybe even sweeter if that's possible. 1940's geez.. Your one lucky SOB!

  • thats a neat little saw

  • I don't think he's an idiot for donating. I once knew nothing about electronics and it was a very painful time. Almost everyday, I'd give out prayers to those that have given me broken goods.
