MP40, one of the weapons I used frequently in the game after Kar98k.

My favorite is the PPsh-41 (the Russian submachine gun), but I also use the MP40 a lot in Call of Duty because it is the most accurate submachine gun and it is very easy to get more ammo.

Except for MW2...that game was not really that good...no dedicated servers for the PC version, an extremely short campaign, and an online experiance that gets boring after awhile. All of this is my opinion, though...still, I thought Call Of Duty 3, which was made by Treyarch, was a great installment in the COD series...good video...

@WWII33 call of duty 2 wil win over any call of duty. and forever will. mw2 are dominated by the FUCking ACR, call of duty 3. was shit period. world at war had mp40s, Cod4 had m16s Cod2 was the perfect game. even tho i got rid of my PC and got a MAC,a nd i have a ps3 because its 1000 times better than xbox. i still want to play it.

Man Treyarch can't even make their own gun for W@W, look at CoD3, designed their own mp40 and it sucked so they revert back and steal IW's idea. Exactly the same exept when you fire while ADS the recoil doesn't go up it's goes all over the place

i can past the lvel in brothers in arms earned in blood on pc the level chateau colombieres where youll have to clear german occupied-chateau i manage to clear hedgrows but theres a tank far end of the level stug maybe but i lost my tanks early in the game! and i found a panzerfaust but cant hit it well and i dont have internet on my pc :(

i have gotten loads of mods for the game making it more realistic. search for call of duty 2 files then down left side u find call of duty 2 there lots of mods and new skins for weapons and all sorts

i couldnt film the eastern front levels cos the snow made it laggy with fraps on.

i like the britsh side best. there are cheats for cod 2 but i have never gotten them to work.

Sten is simple and inaccurate compared to this. Thompson was very good, powerful and accurate just like the MP40. And PPSH-41 had high rate of fire, more ammo and was also powerful but not accurate.
