@ddtmason4 you have to be the dumbest person in the world the baja 5b is one of the strongest cars out there and its swap meet dumbass btw that car cost more than your life.
@ddtmason4 what a fucken idiot you are wow, you must be one of those people who just go around and hate on videos for no reason because that baja is bad, know what your talking about be 4 you talk as dumb as im sure you look
It's nice driving and video for sure, I don't agree with running one of these barges on a clubs 1/8th scale track though. The baja is incredibly slow as a race car on tracks this size even a 10th scale would easily beat it on that track. But as a bashing buggy if you can find a place to drive one where no other humans or animals have to listen to it, then they are kinda cool
nice car man, you could ride that track for hours an spend ten mins with a spade an it would look good as new again. mtbbikes your a nerd its not like hes riding round it on a cr250 is he
@smitco1 your wasting your money on that high octane fuel lol badly 2.
1 just about any 2 stroke only needs unleaded any more isnt really better or giong to provide more power.
and enless you have a really high compression pistion you dont need to run near that. you got the stock piston so your fine with unleaded. but if you want more speed run it around 32:1 and tune it right.
@smitco1 i need help . i have a baja 5t 26cc engine . if i changed my pinion and spur gear whould it be faster? and what do they do ? is less tooth good or more? whats the best pinion and spur gear i should put onmy baja 5t? thanks man
@TheRockisSmokin well mate that really depends on track size and driving style, the track im on here is small, havin a bigger pinion gives you good top speed, this track has 1 straight and lots of corners, with the bigger pinion it really wasnt reving hard by the end of the straight which to me is a waste, boggy out of corners and lack of throttle steering and response, changing to a smaller pinion gave me better corner to corner speed, and the engine is reving hard down the straight
these things arent worth the money, IMO...1000 bucks, only advantage is the long run times..I would rather buy 3 cars with the money..they sound cool too :)
@drowsky21 umm they are way worth it, you cant buy anything 1/8 that is decent unless you pay more than or the same as a baja, parts are cheap and everywhere
@drowsky21 Ya, I agree with smitco1. They are definitely worth the money, but you don't really discover that until after the purchase. With a standard nitro or electric car, you're breaking parts daily and spending most of your time working on it. The baja is the ultimate basher. Damn near indestructible at times. For a guy like me who tried to start in the 1/8th buggy world, the baja is just so much simpler to work on.
Dude, i love your driving! it's sooo... ect Perfect!! My baja 5b can go a straight line without spinning out of control of getting lost in it's own dust. the track I was driving on caused me to lose my hole entire rear-end, but my dad thinks it might just be ready for a new clutch. Anyway, if you get a chance, come check out my Baja Bashes 1 and 2 and tell me how you liked it. I always love to get feedback. Nice video again. ☺☺☺☺☺
Nice driving m8, I dont really get into these but thats the best driving and throttle control i have ever seen these do. O and nice track bet u have a ball when u rip there............awesome 5/5 *****
to a point you are right, but if you spend some time with setup and learn good throttle control they are great to drive, I rely on the back kicking out with power to get me around the corners:)
im using the one with the accelarator pump,no choke in it. helps heaps with quick stabs of the throttle when the engine has alot of load in boggey corners.
first of all who the hell are u 2 tell anyone they need 2 be more on the outside of any corner its his car and vid let him drive the way he wants.....and who the fuck cares about adam drake?
hey who cares about adam drake if ur not him then stfu man just beacuse he 5 time world champ dont mean anything it depends on the style u drive he proly been racing against same inside then outside turns just think if he raced some1 like me that does only inside turns who car goes 0 to 55 in like 10 seconds without nothing speacial i could put a new carb on it and easly do that in like 5 to 6 seconds
yes is modified, zenoah 23cc, ddm pipe,carburetor,16 tooth pinion, suspension setup, rear camber and toe in modified for throttle sterring
gearing is the best thing ya can do for the standard baja. i know have a 26cc zenoah fully ported with the same gearing, with a mcd body fitted, same gearing, it rips
don´t drin and drive xD

Higher octane fuels make no difference to these small 2 stroke engines... Save your money, buy standard fuel and put the money into hop ups.
Nice track & nice footage, would of been even better with others on the track.

@daddymack832 i just used the standard fuel ratio, 25:1 im sure, but always use bp ultimate and tts oil :)
smitco1 1 year ago
@daddymack832 i use the standard 25 to 1, but use 98 octane pump fuel and tts 2 stroke oil, the best
smitco1 1 year ago
@smitco1 98 holy crap the higest my gas stations go is 93

@smitco1~HAHA!... Castrol TTS the best!? Its not even in the top 5 of best oils!
Heard of RedLine, Motul, BelRay, Silkolene; Poly-ol-Ester base stock?!
TTS doesnt even use the BASE STOCK of the better oils!

@marek0086 What does it mean to run it rich? And how long do you need to run it rich for? How long does it take to break in a 23cc Fuelie?
tekren6 1 year ago
@tekren6~ Like 25:1 and no more than half throttle for the first tank of fuel. After that u run it at 30:1.
And always let the engine warm up a bit before driving it.

@marek0086 Alright dude. Thanks for letting me know. Can I charge the receiver battery with a quick charger?

not real quick with this gearing, all accelaration, but yeah not sure
smitco1 2 years ago
hey sick baja. just wondering what carby to run on my standard 23cc fuelie engine, need a bit more down low response. nath
nathan4469 2 years ago
im using the one with the accelarator pump,no choke in it. helps heaps with quick stabs of the throttle when the engine has alot of load in boggey corners.
but pipe first they can change a car heaps

Bibbilo01 2 years ago
So whats the top speed with that pipe and gearing?
P1630N 2 years ago
i honestly couldnt tell ya the top speed, that is not why it is geared like that.
it accelarates and has more usable power with that gearing on tight tracks
fact:)
