  • I am a certified yoga instructor. PLEASE do not look left and right during any inversion like shoulderstand. It is VERY dangerous. you could damage the spine at the neck. Keep working out! Just look straight up during your inversions.

  • As a mummy of four i find this video very very sweet, and can say i have been there and still travelling along this path. Warrior pose with a child underneath your legs is quite normal :)

  • I used to do that first move, when I was smaller! it is nearly impossible now, Not impossible but nearly :-)
