Most japan made copies of any guitar are good, tokai perhaps the best. Most makers have now switched manufacture elsewhere so quality is not so reliable as before so check carefully. Best option I'd say look at early 80s Greco Tokai Yamaha Aria Burny etc 'lawsuit' copies, loads of info on web for these guitars. Prices going up but amazing for the money.
