JFK is the best Obama is ok but I think that both demarcates and republicans should just get it done agree on something or we will never get out of det P s I'm related to JFK love you grate grampa love you JFK R I P
I noticed how everything President Obama wants to do, the republicans always thumbs down on his ideas. He is planning to cut taxes and gas prices by using the oil resources in Texas in his new Agenda if you guys didn't know. I'm not someone to judge neither President because I was born 28 years after JFK was inaugurated. However, Both Presidents inspired me to study Politics, and in my opinion, I consider them some of the best presidents we have/had.
Sorry, but Obama is a puppet just like the others except for a few. John F. Kennedy was the only true president. No one will be able to replace him, and if he had been alive for a longer time, the USA would have been accurately a better country.
Obama is the opposite of JFK. Obama raises taxes, hates NASA, wants more business Regulations, and wants the government to control the people. JFK taxes, started NASA, made less Regulations, raher then giving government hand outs, he encourged people to help each other. Also JFK would be against government health care. JFK was a great man, Obama is just a man.
Oh Yeah JFK had a better wife, and may have got Marylin
we positive people invite naysayers...who else will we say a quiet and humble i told you so. history is repeating itself, we have a great president...
JFK was the first Catholic and Obama is the first black, perhaps that's the only resemblance. I still think Obama is more like FDR. Hoover is to Bush as FDR is to Obama. Though FDR stepped into office in the 30s with the evidently effective New Deal; Obama, I'm just not sure what he's doing to help the drowning economy. Anyway, JFK is the best!
JFK was a good man. Obama is a self-righteous socialist monkey with not a shred of insight of what's good for this country. He put more of a deficit on this country in his first year than all of the previous presidents combined. 3 more years and counting. JFK said "Ask not what your country can do for you" as in food stamps, welfare, healthcare, section 8, and numerous other gov't "programs" to "Make things fair". It's not about fair, it's about freedom. Obama wants dependency, period.
@jfkpublicservant Why not? Plenty of people called George Bush a monkey and nobody seemed too upset about that, including myself.......and NO it was NOT a racial remark. That's another reason this country is falling apart. Too many "sensitive" people. I'll keep flying my confederate flag, and you can keep kissing everyone's rear.
@fascat82 This is America, you can say what you want, and for the most part, do what you want. Personally, having a confederate flag in this day and age is very backwards thinking, and blatantly offensive- to "sensitive" people or "non-sensitive" people alike.
Just don't be surprised if when you try to act out your true intentions with regards to the President the Secret Service tackles you and takes your weapon away.
@jfkpublicservant Actually, we do agree that we can do what we want in this country, but the day they come looking for me because of my flag will show how not true that is. I'm not a racist, and a confederate flag does not represent racism as some people had been led to believe. It simply represents a time where the the south fought for their independence, much like what will happen again, but not between the north and south.
@jfkpublicservant The civil war was over "real estate" , not slavery. Yes, slavery was bad but it's coming to an end was simply a side-effect of the north winning. Therefore, having said that, my flag represents my fight for my independence
I disliked his Presidency, not his person, and was disgusted at the lack of dignity that many of the far left displayed when they made blatant personal attacks on him.
@jfkpublicservant Yes I do agree to some degree, but by "monkey", I meant "puppet", which is why I said people are too sensitive. They always jump the gun and think the worst. And yes, G.W.B. was a horrible presidency also. That's why progressive action doesn't work. We're too corrupt now. That's why J.F.K was a good man, and also why he was killed. He wanted to end corruption
@fascat82 If you truly mean what you say, then I apologize for "jumping the gun".
But you have to realize that you called a black President a "monkey" and you have a profile picture of a confederate flag. I may have "jumped the gun" but I also put two and two together and came to what I thought was a sensible conclusion.
JFK was a good man who did want to end corruption. I don't know who really killed him, but his life is so much more important than was his death.
@jfkpublicservant For sure, but just remember that people can be prejudice the other way too. Sure there are alot of morons out there that fly confederate flags and ARE racist. But these people are disgracing the flag, as this is not it's intended meaning. There are also alot of black gangs that make black people look bad, but again, that would not be fair to judge all black people according to that.
I'm sure that Obama is more like FDR than Kennedy--if he gets this country back on track, he'll be remembered for his effectiveness rather than his dreams and his rule. Having the greatness of a historical figure judged by a historian is like having the quality of a masterpiece painting judged by a paint-mixer.
