Wow i find this stupid, the BRAND NEW 120 gig zune dosen't even come with the new zune softwere that they released on the same day as the 120 gig, so they want you to do all this shit and then download it and put it on your zune. and it takes 1hr 15min-1hr 30min do get the zune update on your zune and all toghther it takes a good 4 1/2 houres to get it all done

i agree. When it comes to updates , the zune software takes to damn long but hey , its worth it. I was getting scared though cause i was installing the update to the software but my wifi network kept going down and when it got to 99% on preparing the computer , it took like 50 minutes to turn 100% but im glad its finished. Now that we can access marketplace with the zune at wifi hotspots , im gonna get the free trial then im going to start buying the cards that way i don't pay for a month or 2 .

the premium ones are great but the right headphone shorted out on me after about a month of use, come to find out they're not built to be wrapped around the zune when packing it up as you can with the ipod... zune still kicks ipod's ass tho

yes, the front is shiny like most of the ipods are. the back isn't though. I would get the 80gb model if you are worried about fingerprints. The 80 and 120gb models are exactly the same except one has more hd space and is shiny.
